She assists public and private employers in public procurements, in the phase of awarding and execution of the relevant contracts.
She provides judicial assistance before civil and administrative courts and authorities.
He has served on several occasions as member of commissions for the amicable settlement of disputes relating to claims in public contracts.
Within the above matters, he carries out, on behalf of leading national and international business groups: out-of-court consultancy and assistance (through consultations and issuing of opinions, deeds, notes and claims on public work, assistance with the Public Authorities and employers, real-estate due diligence), legal defence and assistance in administrative and civil trials and proceedings (before the Courts of First Instance, the Higher Courts and the Special Courts).

Qualifications

Graduated in law at Federico II University of Naples.
She trained at the Naples Court of Appeal.

SCIENTIFIC PROFILE

She cooperates with the Second University of Naples for the civil law course of study and has cooperated with the same University for the administrative law course of study. She publishes in journals specialised in procurements, focusing on national discipline also in relation to European law.
