Admitted to the Bar in1996. Member of the Rome Bar Association.
Admitted to practice also before the Corte di Cassazione (Italian Supreme Court) and other higher Courts.
He has a long-standing experience in the field of private and administrative law, with regard to public contracts and, in particular, the awarding and execution of public contracts for work, services and supplies. He provides out-of-court and judicial consultancy and assistance, drafting opinions, tender documents, contracts and claims.
Within the above fields, he has provided assistance for the management of procedures and tenders and operative on-site support and in litigation in administrative and civil trials and arbitrations as well as assistance in proceedings before ANAC (Anti-corruption Authority) in favour of public and private employers and companies involved in the construction of strategic infrastructure projects in Italy (highways, railway lines and subways, infrastructure constructions and hospitals) and urban development programs (with specific reference to the assignment phase of urban development interventions).
In the private sector, he provides ongoing judicial activity in the field of medical-professional liability.

Qualifications

Graduated in Law at Rome University “La Sapienza”.

He is the author of publications in specialised scientific journals, and teaches in seminars and courses.
