Admitted to the Bar in1999. Member of the Rome Bar Association.
Admitted to practice also before the Corte di Cassazione (Italian Supreme Court) and other higher Courts.
He carries out professional activity in the field of administrative and private law, with specialisation in the field of public contracts for work and services, urban development, construction, telecommunications, energy, waste disposal and real estate acquisitions.
Furthermore, he has been consultant and barrister of Local Health Authorities in the field of hospital procurement and, in general, of liabilities and labour relationships with sanitary structure personnel. Within his field, he has significant experience with specific reference to construction and management of railway work and road works; construction and management of municipal solid waste processing plants and waste-to-energy production and waste-to-energy plants; construction and management of telecommunication systems; construction and management of plants and power generation plants; concessions of large hydroelectric plants; expropriation for public use; acquisitions of large real-estate; contracts, responsibilities, employment relationships of Local Health Authorities personnel.

He has served on several occasions as member of commissions for the amicable settlement of disputes relating to claims in public contracts.
Within the above matters, he carries out, on behalf of leading national and international business groups: out-of-court consultancy and assistance (through consultations and issuing of opinions, deeds, notes and claims on public work, assistance with the Public Authorities and employers, real-estate due diligence), legal defence and assistance in administrative and civil trials and proceedings (before the Courts of First Instance, the Higher Courts and the Special Courts).
