Admitted to the Bar in 2006. Member of the Rome Bar Association.
Admitted to practice before the Corte di Cassazione (Italian Supreme Court) and other higher Courts.
He has worked as legal advisor in the field of public work, services and supplies and has specific experience both in the awarding phase and in the execution of public contracts for work, services and supplies, with specific reference to awarding to general contractors and to assignment of public work in the field of motorway, railway and underground infrastructures.
Furthermore, he deals with out-of-court consultancy, assisting public and private employers and companies through  opinions, drafting of contacts and claims, as well as in the amicable settlement of disputes.
He has experience also in the judicial assistance to employers and companies in both administrative and civil proceedings.

Graduated in Law at Rome University.
