Admitted to the Bar in 2006. Member of the Rome Bar Association.
Admitted to practice before the Corte di Cassazione (Italian Supreme Court) and other higher Courts.
He has significant experience in out-of-court and judicial consultancy and assistance in the field of public contracts, with particular regard to administrative litigation relating to tender procedures for the awarding of public contracts, including tenders and concessions of strategic road and rail infrastructures, port and remedial work, as well as public service contracts in the catering and transport sectors.
He has developed specific skills in the fields of urban development and construction and of production and commercial activities.
He has served as secretary and arbitrator in out-of-court disputes involving public bodies.

Qualifications

Graduated in Law at Rome University “Roma Tre”.

Scientific Profile

He has co-operated for ten years with the School of Specialisation of the legal professions of the University of Rome "La Sapienza" as administrative law lecturer.
He is the author of publications in administrative law journals and, in the mentioned fields, he has served as professor and lecturer in seminars and conferences.
